I would define a “right” attitude toward life thus: Do not worry or fear, for you will always have a home to go back to, which is the eternal, all-encompassing sea of nothingness. Do not feel empty or bored, for you will always encounter the indescribable beauty of life. Burying the root of existence deep in the field of nothingness, live forever now with a bright vision in your heart.
Does this sound like the familiar saying “Do your best with what you have”? Well, in a way it is. It might disappoint you that the highest insight you will get after all this is carpe diem, which means “seize the day.” But what can I say? I want to help you, and this is the quickest and only way to achieve your goal. No matter what manner of wisdom you have attained, there is no other way to live right other than to live honestly, diligently, and responsibly. Such fair transactions comprise the nucleus of the truth and the essence of Tao as I know it.
Sharing My Story: Why Do I Do What I Do?
Finally, I would like to share an insight from my own story. Like yours, this journey of mine has not been easy. I have come through all the aforementioned steps and am still traveling on my journey to take responsibility for my choices.

Who among us six billion strong, has experienced death? Not a near-death experience, but real death? Of course, everyone eventually experiences death once in her life. But there is yet no way to share that experience with someone else. Have any of you reading these words experienced death? If you answer, “yes,” then wake up, for you are mistaken. You are not dead yet. Generally, we do not understand death. More clearly, our level of understanding about death is at the level of ignorance.
If we don’t know what death is, what are we afraid of? What we are afraid of is not death, but information (or the lack thereof) about death. We are afraid of the accepted interpretation or myths about death. We are actually afraid about our own ignorance about death, and out of this ignorance rises our fear. Our ignorance has a deeper source in our ignorance about life itself: “Who am I?” “Why am I here?” If we knew the meaning of life and were able to judge ourselves as natural phenomena in the cycle of life, our fear about death would have no room to stand in our lives.
Do you still not know what your life’s purpose is, or think that you don’t know? When do you think you will find out? If you don’t know your life’s purpose, who do you think is more qualified to know? If you don’t know, no one, not even God, will know. Then how do you find the answer to the question that not even God knows? There is only one way: choice.

Healthy Information
Brain Wave Vibration seems to allow people to take a deeper look at themselves and the things holding them back. These people were all able to transcend information about themselves, gaining the ability to step forward in life.
The biggest change that happened to me is I ran completely out of the limiting information that used to confine me. When I ran out of negative information, I sensed that something had changed in my brain. Since then, whenever I encounter a knotty problem, I try to get an answer through Brain Wave Vibration.

Being a police officer is perhaps one of the most stressful jobs around. This is the story of one who was able to find emotional stability despite his difficult and psychologically exhausting job.
I am a cop. My workplace is the police station, where all sorts of conflicts between people happen. The environment is always discordant. When I get tired, my facial expression becomes just like my workplace. And then I feel even worse when I spit out words of frustration with a stern face.
The most stressful moments at my work are when I am misunderstood by people while I am trying to calm them down and make peace. Sometimes they insult me without any reason, which I take personally. Most of the time, I just let it go. But there are moments when I cannot take it anymore. On days like that, I cannot rest well, even after I get off work. All the negativity and the hostile words linger in my head. I guess it is an occupational hazard. I thought I would become seriously ill if I kept going on like that.
Even before I learned Brain Wave Vibration, I started shaking my head left and right after I interrogated people. I think my neck and shoulders were trying to revive them-selves of all that stress and stiffness. One day, a friend of mine introduced me to Brain Wave Vibration at a Dahn Yoga Center, and I could easily follow all the motions, as they were similar to the ones I used to do.

I used to release stress by drinking heavily at least once a month. I knew it was a bad habit, but it was a tough habit to break. After Brain Wave Vibration, the drinking frequency decreased to the point that I could control myself.

I never experienced something like this before in my entire life. Now I can say to myself, “You are a very attractive person!” I have changed now, and I am no longer living a life addicted to alcohol and tobacco.
