Ilchi Lee's Sedona Experiences

In an article on GatewayToSedona.com titled Mystical Sedona Known the World Over as New Age Mecca, the spiritual draw to Sedona is explained as a possible result of the stunning beauty of the Red Rocks or the folklore surrounding the area.

The serene Arizona city is now home to people seeking enlightenment and those who may help them, like intuitives, channelers and massage therapists.

Even early settlers of the area recognized its beauty and recognized it as a special place as they reserved some of the majestic canyons for sacred rituals and practices.

"Many attribute Sedona's special draw to the 'vortexes,' specific points of energetic intensity among the Red Rocks that affect every living thing," writes author Sarah Horton.

The Arizona State Park website reports that the Red Rock park is a 286-acre nature preserve and educational center. Trails, meadows, creeks and, of course, the stunning terra cotta-hued cliffs make it a popular destination for tourist and enlightenment-seekers alike.

Sedona, because of its power and beauty, was the place Ilchi Lee chose as he settled in the U.S. to spread his teachings of Brain Education, brain wave vibration and Dahn Yoga to individuals all over the country.
