Sedona, Arizona, is one of my favorite places in the United States because of its natural beauty and meditative energies. In Sedona, Mother Earth places red stone formations against lush greenery in a pairing that is both energizing and restful. I find it inspires a sense of awe and calm that is perfect for meditation and contemplation. Energy vortexes, unique places where life forces are gathered and amplified, are part of the energy signature of Sedona. The region is full of creativity and a sense of peace and balance that few other locations can match.
The Sedona Guided Meditation Videos bring to your home the beauty and peace of the region in a video format, combining calming guided meditation to gorgeous video of Sedona’s natural beauty. The following videos, inspired by the meditation expert Ilchi Lee, are included in the guided meditation series:
- Awaken Your Creative Energy With a Meditation of the Bell Rock Vortex
The Bell Rock Vortex is an upflow vortex, particularly helpful for empowerment and creativity. - Cool and Cleansing Cathedral Rock Meditation
Cathedral Rock is located in the Coconino National Forest in Yavapai County and is a much-photographed landmark of the Sedona skyline. - Twilight Meditation on Airport Mesa
This meditation takes place at twilight, connecting to the energy of the sun, moon, and stars. Twilight is an energetically auspicious time to visit Airport Mesa, which connects visitors to self-assurance and strength. - Fay Canyon’s Shifting Light and Shapes
This meditation video focuses on views of Fay Canyon to guide you to visualize your needs and wants, using tapping and breathing techniques. - Sedona Mago Retreat
This guided meditation showcases the gardens of the Sedona Meditation Retreat Center. The energies of the high desert plant life provide a beautiful base for the meditation video. - Schnebly Hill
Schnebly Hill is place held sacred by the Native Americans of the area. This video guides you through a chakra light meditation as you view the colors of red rocks, pine and cactus and light-filled blue skies. - Connect with Trees to Align Your Heart with Mother Earth
This video shows you how to connect with trees. Trees bridge earth and sky and by sharing their energy you come away calm, refreshed, and at peace.
A free overview of the Sedona meditation video series is also available too.
I highly recommend that you watch and enjoy these meditation videos, especially if you plan to visit Sedona. They are useful for focusing meditation practice anywhere, but if you practice the meditations in the places where the videos were created, you will access even more of the contemplative energies of the Sedona landscape.
