For Your Peacefulness

10.30.09

If you are willing to go deeply enough into your practice, you may come to some epiphanies about the world and your place in it, as this group of stories demonstrates. Connecting to energy greater than your own personal energy, you too will be able to see the big picture of your life and gain a better sense of meaning and purpose. Take your practice time as a precious moment with yourself. Get to know who you are and where you fit in the grand scheme of the universe.

Healthy Information

Brain Wave Vibration seems to allow people to take a deeper look at themselves and the things holding them back. These people were all able to transcend information about themselves, gaining the ability to step forward in life.

The biggest change that happened to me is I ran completely out of the limiting information that used to confine me. When I ran out of negative information, I sensed that something had changed in my brain. Since then, whenever I encounter a knotty problem, I try to get an answer through Brain Wave Vibration.

Psychologically exhausting job

10.30.09

Being a police officer is perhaps one of the most stressful jobs around. This is the story of one who was able to find emotional stability despite his difficult and psychologically exhausting job.

I am a cop. My workplace is the police station, where all sorts of conflicts between people happen. The environment is always discordant. When I get tired, my facial expression becomes just like my workplace. And then I feel even worse when I spit out words of frustration with a stern face.

The most stressful moments at my work are when I am misunderstood by people while I am trying to calm them down and make peace. Sometimes they insult me without any reason, which I take personally. Most of the time, I just let it go. But there are moments when I cannot take it anymore. On days like that, I cannot rest well, even after I get off work. All the negativity and the hostile words linger in my head. I guess it is an occupational hazard. I thought I would become seriously ill if I kept going on like that.

Even before I learned Brain Wave Vibration, I started shaking my head left and right after I interrogated people. I think my neck and shoulders were trying to revive them-selves of all that stress and stiffness. One day, a friend of mine introduced me to Brain Wave Vibration at a Dahn Yoga Center, and I could easily follow all the motions, as they were similar to the ones I used to do.

After Brain Wave Vibration

I used to release stress by drinking heavily at least once a month. I knew it was a bad habit, but it was a tough habit to break. After Brain Wave Vibration, the drinking frequency decreased to the point that I could control myself.

I never experienced something like this before in my entire life. Now I can say to myself, “You are a very attractive person!” I have changed now, and I am no longer living a life addicted to alcohol and tobacco.
